A unique approach to enance cutting and embossing dies. Nellie Snellen has introduced a range of dies and tools for the keen quillers and for anyone wanting something new to embellish their cards and scrap book pages.

The 15cm x 4.5cm circle ruler is the perfect guide to use with your quilling tool to roll tiny quilled circles for the filling dies.

This paper winding quilling tool is approximately 5.8cm in length, it has a slot where you place one end of a paper strip to start winding (rolling) the paper into tight coils. The tool image has been enlarged to show the slot in the tool.

Nellie Snellen has introduced a range of dies, a concept of combining quilling (tiny strips of paper) rolls to fill the centre of the die shapes. Together with the Filling Dies is this quilling die which will cut your strips of paper. The die will cut ten strips approximately 17.3cm long x 2mm wide.
